Shipping Policy
Please look at our Shipping policies, terms, and conditions properly before or after your purchase from DULGE.
- We ship most of our hair extensions and mobile accessories directly from our Melbourne warehouse.
- We use Australia Post as our shipping partner for all the products we ship from our warehouse.
- Customers usually receive the goods in 2-5 days, depending on where they live and how busy Australia post is.
- Hair stylers, Bags, Health, Beauty products and some Tech accessories we ship directly from our associate overseas warehouses, or our manufacturers directly ship them.
- Some products such as Bags, Human hair wigs, and Toppers are made to order, and shipping takes around two weeks.
- We use DHL, FedEx, YUN Express, and UBI as our shipping partners for all our shipping from overseas.
- Shipping from overseas can take around 7-12 business days (Approximately) depending on the products you ordered, Stock availability or busy period, as well as other unavoidable circumstances like the Pandemic).
- Shipping times might differ for different products, so please check the product listing properly, as we always mention shipping time in our product listings.
- We process and ship only from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
- Please allow us at least 24-48 hours to process your orders (Except weekends and public holidays).
- Hair extensions are subject to same-day dispatch if the order is made by 2 pm.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
- Products will not be shipped until payment is made or approved through payment methods.
- In case of bank transfer, we will wait till the money gets deposited in our account.
- All our wholesale buyers pay shipping fees.
- Please understand that we cannot control the shipping once the products leave our warehouse. So, we will not be accountable for any delay occurring due to any reason once we ship the goods.
- For a few days after the delayed delivery, we do not refund customers until the customer receives the products and sends them back to us (if the customer changes their mind).
- We are not accountable for any duty/customs charges and will not be responsible for any customs delays.
- For multiple products ordered from different niches, products can arrive separately and at other times. We will notify customers and will provide the tracking number for different products individually in that case.
- Our shipping includes delivery confirmation with a tracking number. We cannot be held accountable for a lost shipment once confirmation (proof of delivery) says the package has been delivered to your address.
- If customers do not present during "signature required" delivery, then it would be their responsibility to contact the local courier and arrange a pickup or redelivery. Customers will be responsible if there are any costs related to that.
- Don't hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your products within the time frame; otherwise, we assume you have received your product.
- Buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost for both ways in case they make wrong orders- such as wrong colour, size, wrong items, change of mind, and for providing incorrect delivery address.
We reserve the right to change these Policies at any time to improve our business and satisfy our customers. Any significant changes will be added to this page, should there be any.

Returns & Exchanges
RETURN REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Dulge, we are committed to giving our customers the best shopping experience, satisfaction, and the best products with friendly customer service. Please read this section carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid issues in the future.
- For health, beauty, and fitness products, results may vary. We always provide our customers with the best quality products. We rely on our manufacture’s product result guidelines. So, we cannot be held accountable if customers cannot achieve the outcome.
- We do not take responsibility for refunds and exchanges if customers cannot use any product for their circumstances or conditions or if they find out that a particular product is not suitable for them, especially after opening and starting using that. So please, if you have any medical conditions, talk to a professional before purchasing our products.
- If you purchase any of the products to achieve specific results, please be patient and use them for longer period to see the visible results and use them correctly, as shown on the product page. We will not take any responsibility if you give up hope and stop using that product just because you did not achieve the result in a short time.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange if product is not in original condition/Unopened or the product is faulty.
- Besides hair extensions, most of our products might not be under our DULGE brand name. So, for that reason, we don’t return and refund any products. You can rest assured that we source from different manufacturers and try to provide the best quality products.
- If the product gets damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers must update us within 72 hours of delivery. In both cases, please send us an email explaining the problem. We will get back within 48 hours and find the best outcome. 
- For a few days of the delayed delivery time, we do not refund customers until the customer receives the products and sends them back to us (if the customer changes their mind).
- We offer 30 Days returns and refunds or exchanges. For some products, we have up to 6 months to 1-year manufacturer's warranty, so please check the product listing properly which you are willing to buy.
- 30 days start counting from the day customers receive the product, not from the day they start using it.
- We do not take any responsibility for extensions, human hair wigs, or Bundles after 30 days.
- Unless there is any quality issue in 30 days, we will not accept any open and used extensions.
- For synthetic and fibre hair products, NO exchange and refund if those products are not in original condition.
- Once we provide proof of delivery, we will not be liable for any lost or stolen item from the customer's premises.
- If items are undeliverable due to signature requirements or attendance you must pick them up from the local depot. If the item is returned to us due to that reason -double shipping fee will apply.
- If there are any issues with the product quality, please let us know as soon as possible. Please stop using the product.
- Once customers initiate any exchange or returns, they must send the product to us within seven business days. After seven days, if the return tracking number is not provided, we will not accept that return and consider it a loss of sales.
- We will not be liable for the return postage cost if customers choose the wrong colour, wrong product, or change of mind. Customers will have to pay for both-way shipping in that case.
- No refund or exchange for any "Clearance Sale" products and no reviews are allowed if there are any quality issues.
- For a change of mind, we will only refund if the product is not opened from its original box/packaging and not used. And customers will have to pay for both-way shipping.
- Please send photos and videos of the product addressing the issue before sending them back. Our team must approve the return first.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if everything is ok with our terms and conditions, we will refund within 5 Business days.
- We will send proof of the refund, and you will have to contact your payment provider should there be any delay from their side after that. We will not be liable for any delay from the payment provider side.
- Customers will not be entitled to a refund or exchange until they receive the products and send them back to us.
- For hair extension- it must have to be attached to thread. (In case of Change of mind, Colour mismatch).
- "Free Gifts" or Bonus items and all items included in the bundle (if any). Otherwise, we will deny the return or refund.
- We will not be liable for any unprofessionally or DIY damage at home.
- We will not be liable for any misuse or abuse of the product.
- Please keep in mind that every batch of extensions can be slightly different to the previous one in terms of colour. So please ask us for photos of the actual product colour if you are unsure about the colour by looking at the product photos.
- In terms of Hair weight, Clip pieces and length can vary from batch to batch due to manufacturers' errors - that's a human error. If that happens, please let us know immediately, and we will try our best to compensate for that from our side without any hesitation. But we will not be liable for a full refund, return, or exchange due to those issues unless there is a significant difference.
- If you doubt the extensions' weight, please measure the weight before opening the attachments into pieces. We will not accept any refund for the weight issues If the extension is not in its original condition.
- All Warranty and Quality Guarantees will be weaved once the customer dyes/colour or tries to modify the extensions' original conditions.
- We do not accept order cancellations or refund requests once the tracking number is provided, and the product is on the way. Once customers receive the goods, they can initiate a return, and customers would be liable for shipping costs.
- For hair extension refunds, we only refund for the extensions, not for any installation fees.
- We have the right to cancel a refund or exchange if we're unsatisfied with the supporting proof you provide.
