At DULGE Hair Extensions, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for standard order processing after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Shipping Locations

  • Most DULGE hair extensions are shipped from our Melbourne shop.
  • Some products are shipped directly from our overseas factory, depending on the item ordered.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent separately and arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.

Standard Shipping Timeframes

Standard delivery is usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier demand
  • Public holidays
  • Seasonal delivery volume

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Made-to-Order Items

Some items, including Bundles and Toppers, are made to order.

  • Please allow approximately 7 to 9 business days for these items.
  • This timeframe includes production time, order handling, and delivery time.
  • Made-to-order items may be shipped directly from our overseas factory.

Russian Tape-In Orders

Our Russian Tape-In Extensions are online-order products only and are not in-store stock items. Please allow approximately 4 to 5 business days for shipping, depending on courier handling and delivery acceptance.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

DULGE may ship orders using:

  • Australia Post
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If your order is split across multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available for in-stock items only. If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us first to confirm stock availability and collection details.

Please note: To be eligible to collect from the shop, payment must be deposited in our account first.

Shipping Fees and Duties

Retail Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale buyers are responsible for applicable shipping fees.

Duties and Taxes

If customs duties, import charges, or other fees apply, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Signature and Delivery Responsibility

For deliveries that require a signature, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may need to arrange redelivery or collection directly with the courier.

Once tracking confirms delivery, DULGE is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Missing packages after confirmed delivery

Delays, Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.

If a parcel is returned because:

  • Delivery was missed
  • The address was incorrect
  • The parcel was unclaimed

Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.

Refunds are not automatically provided for delivery delays.

If a customer refuses delivery, the item must first be returned before any refund request can be reviewed.

Return Shipping Costs

If you ordered the wrong item, colour, or size, or if you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

This includes shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning eligible items.
