Exchange Return and Refund Policy
At Dulge Hair extensions – we are committed to giving our customers the best shopping experience, satisfaction, and best products with friendly customer service. That’s why we offer 30 Days Return and refund. BUT please, go through and read carefully this section properly before you finalize the purchase to avoid issues in the future. These terms and conditions mean- by purchasing our products online and in-store, you are agreed to these. And that applies to both our wholesale and retail buyers. Its important for our wholesale buyers to know all about these and explain to their clients accordingly. As it won’t be different to our wholesale buyers.
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, close up photos of the hair is available on request, we will not be liable for return postage cost if you choose the wrong color, when we are happy to provide you with a close-up picture before purchasing.
We are more than glad to exchange or refund our unopened and original condition hair extensions set or products to the right color/length and for change of mind. But that must be claimed within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, we will calculate that as “loss of Sale” which we could have in that 30 days period. Item must not be out of its original packaging; Unworn and gold bands are to be intact and not removed. Basically, in the same state, it was sent to you. For health and safety reason we cannot sell used products. Once we receive the product we will inspect and everything ok with our terms and conditions, we will refund within 5 Business days. Any delay from Payment methods like Pay Pal or After pay is not our Responsibility. We will send the proof of the refund and you will have to contact them. Please before you open the packaging BE SURE.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE UNPROFESSIONALLY OR DIY AT HOME. Dulge hair extensions can be toned and dyed, this is strict to be done by a qualified hairdresser with Test patch is to be done first on a small part of the extension. We are not liable for any damages done during toning or dying as corrosive chemicals can be exposed which can cause Shading, dryness and damage your hair. All Warranty and Quality Guarantees will be weaved in that case by DULGE.
Change of mind - we will refund in full if the product is in original condition minus $10 for shipping for Australia and $20 for International Postage and Customers are liable for Return Post. Australia Post registered tracking is preferred when returning your hair.

DULGE is always committed to providing our customers with the best possible quality products for the price they pay. But it’s a common thing in the hair extension industry to have issues every now then. And it's applicable for most of the suppliers. You MUST address all the quality issues within 30 days of purchase (not application). You have to send us mails addressing the issue with photo or video along with the proof of purchase (if bought in-store) The main reason for that quality warranty for 30 days is – oftentimes, few customers don’t take care of the extensions properly or some time just change their mind after using them for some time (We are Talking from Experiences ). Please check our care instructions properly to get the best out of your Extensions and for longer-lasting.
Dryness of the hair and Tangling Depending on the product and the price- our extensions’ life span can be anywhere in between 3- 12 months, some cases a lot longer than that (with proper care) and we are confident enough that our products are good enough for that period if you follow our care instructions properly there should not be any issues. So please be careful with your extensions.
SHEDDING - All extensions will and do shed. Every single person loses 70 to 100s of there own hair every day. It’s very Impossible for all hairs to be permanently attached within the stitching. Refund will not be given for those normal shedding. BUT - we understand customers spend good money on extensions and if these issues are really excessive please contact us and send us a few photos or videos and we will consider the issues very seriously. Some cases we might look into partial to Max refund if that’s considerable and we can find out the issues were from our manufacture’s side.
