RETURN REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Dulge Hair extensions, we are committed to giving our customers the best shopping experience, satisfaction, and best products with friendly customer service. At the same time, please read this section carefully before you finalize the purchase to avoid issues in the future.

  • We offer 30 Days Return and refund or Exchange. After 30 days, we do not take any responsibilities as customers can understand a lot of things can go wrong in 30 days from the customer's side.
  • Unless there is any quality issue in 30 days, we will not accept any open and used extensions.
  • 30 days start counting from the day customers receive the product, not from the day they start using it.
  • If there are any issues with the product quality, please let us know straight away. Please stop using the product and send us back ASAP
  • Any product arrives faulty; please let us know in between 72 hours
  • Once a customer initiates any exchange or returns, they must send the product to us within seven days. After seven days we will not accept that and consider it a loss sales.
  • We will not be liable for the return postage cost if you choose the wrong colour or Wrong product when we are happy to provide you with close-up photos before purchasing.
  • Once customers complain to us about the quality of the extensions or products, they must stop using them immediately and return to us within 7 days.
  • Please send photos and videos of the product addressing the issue before sending them back, along with the proof of purchase (if bought in-store). Our team must approve the return first.
  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if everything is ok with our terms and conditions, we will refund within 5 Business days.
  • We will send the proof of the refund, and you will have to contact your payment provider should there be any delay from their side after that. We will not be liable for any delay from the payment provider side.
  • If there is any delay in shipping from our partner courier, we will not be liable for that once we provide the proof of shipment from our side. Unfortunately, we can not control the shipping once the goods go out of our store.
  • Customers will not be entitled to a refund or exchange until they receive the products and send them back to us.
  • All customers are liable for the shipping costs for any refund, return or exchange that occurs due to wrong orders from their side. For example, wrong colour- length- product or Change of mind.
  • We are more than glad to exchange or refund our unopened and original condition product to the correct colour/length and for a change of mind.
  • In those cases product  must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged and used. For hair extension- it must have to be in golden thread. (In case of Change of mind, Colour mismatch).
  • For health and safety reasons we cannot sell used products.
  • "Free Gifts" or Bonus items and all items included in the bundle (if any). Otherwise, we will deny the return or refund.
  • We will not be liable for any unprofessionally or DIY damage at home.
  • We strongly suggest following our care instructions guide properly to be in the same boat if any issue occurs.
  • We will not be liable for any misuse or abuse of the product.
  • Please note every batch of extensions can be slightly different to the previous one in terms of colour. So please ask us for photos of the actual product colour if you are unsure about the colour by looking at the product photos.
  • In terms of Hair weight, Clip pieces and length can vary from batch to batch due to manufacturers error - that's a human error. If that happens, please let us know immediately, and we will try our best to compensate for that from our side without any hesitation. But we will not be liable for a full refund or return or exchange due to those issues unless there is a significant difference.
  • If you doubt the extensions' weight, please measure the weight before opening the attachments into pieces. We will not accept any refund for the weight issues If the extension is not in its original condition.
  • Dulge hair extensions can be toned and dyed; this is strict to be done by a qualified hairdresser with a Test patch is to be done first on a small part of the extension.
  • All Warranty and Quality Guarantees will be weaved once the customer dye/colour or try to modify the original conditions of these extensions.
  • SALE items are not refundable or exchangeable, nor any reviews will be accepted. So, please be sure before you purchase any of our On-Sale items. And this is applicable for both our wholesale buyers and retail buyers.
  • We will not accept any return or refund if you find it hard to use the extension/wig for any reason or you find out after your purchase that particular product is not suitable for you. We only provide our suggestions if required during the purchase, but the final decision is on you. So be sure before purchase.
  • You must address all the quality issues within 30 days of delivery -not after using the product.
  • We do not accept any order cancellation or refund request once the tracking number is provided and the product is on the way. Once customers receive the goods, they can initiate a return, and customers would be liable for shipping costs.
  • If you buy our extensions from other sources, we will not be accountable for any issues.
  • We reserve our right to reject a refund or exchange if we are not satisfied with the supporting proof you provide us.
