Hair extensions are not suited to everyone. Make sure you avoid disappointment by carefully reading our returns policy. Once you have committed to purchasing a product from Dulge Hair Extensions you have acknowledged our returns policy.
We are very lenient with returns and refunds. We understand that people have different head shapes and require different levels of thickness and colour in their hair extensions. Although professional hair stylists in Melbourne approve of our hair extension products, there is a chance that our products will not suit your specific needs.
Please note that our colour chart is only used as a guide, and colours will vary from screen to screen. A close-up photo of our hair extensions is available on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a close-up photo, as this will prevent any discrepancies with your purchase.
DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS, STRICTLY NO USED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE BELOW TERMS HAVE BEEN MET.
When you receive your hair extensions, please take the time to inspect the hair BEFORE removing the gold bands. You will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange if the gold bands have been removed. You can determine if the thickness is right for you by gently holding the hair extensions from the top and driving your hand through the hair. At this point, you will be able to decide if the hair colour is to your liking. If you receive your purchase and are unhappy with the feel, colour or thickness, this will indicate that the extensions are not suited for you.
DO NOT REMOVE THE GOLD BANDS, DO NOT WEAR THE HAIR OR STRAIGHTEN THE HAIR, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MATCH THE HAIR BY TAMPERING WITH IT. LEAVE THE HAIR IN THE SAME STATE AS YOU RECEIVED IT AND CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
You will be responsible for return postage. We will refund the price of extensions minus $10 postage.
If a colour is incorrect we will exchange it for another colour. This can be avoided by requesting a close-up photo of the hair extensions prior to purchase. Exchange is only possible if the below conditions have been met. You must contact us before sending an item back for exchange or refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must not be out of its original packaging and gold bands are to be intact and not removed. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. If you would like us to redeliver, there will be a fee of $10. We will express post the exchanged item back to you. Australia Post registered tracking is preferred when returning your item. Removing the bindings indicates acceptance on your part that the hair is in good condition and suitable for use. If Clip Ins are returned to us and we find that they have been removed from the packaging they will be returned to you.
